Project Overview As part of a large housing development in Stevenage, Glebe Aggregates supplied and installed a 600m³ gabion wall. This multipurpose structure functions as both a sound barrier and an aesthetically pleasing feature, enhancing the development’s environmental and visual appeal.

Delivering materials directly to the roadside with tight scheduling requirements was one of the primary challenges. Additionally, limited space on-site necessitated the use of bulk bags for certain deliveries, adding an extra layer of complexity to the logistics.

Our Solution
Glebe Aggregates mobilised a fleet of artics, tippers, and bulk bags to provide a flexible and timely delivery process. Despite the site’s distance from our yard, all materials were supplied within the required timeframe, ensuring nodelays to the project.
